My name is Vivette Lanzas and I am a Clinical Licensed Psychotherapist (MS, LMHC, CLMHC, CPT), Certified Life Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer. I am licensed in two different states and offering tele-health services in the State of Florida. I provide high-quality professional therapeutic services and life coaching to help individuals and families overcome life's challenges and lead more productive lives.

I am extremely passionate about helping client's navigate challenges, meet interpersonal goals, unlock their inner strengths, and discover new paths towards personal growth. I am a practitioner who believes every individual invested in therapy is seeking to become the best, most authentic version of themselves. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to face challenges and thrive!

 

I have successfully provided therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults in the community. I specialize in helping individuals by utilizing individualized therapeutic interventions tailored to each of the client's needs, in order to help them achieve their personal goals.

 

I have implemented a variety of group therapy sessions in a partial hospitalization program (PHP), linked families with community resources, and provided excellent Case Management Services to families in need. I currently conduct Psychological Assessments, Implement Behavior Modification Programs, develop effective treatment planning, and effective discharging.
